Before issuing each lift, our mechanics will show you all the features of the lift and advise you on the correct use of the equipment.

The rental equipment must be returned by the next day at 10:00 (for truck lifts and trailer-type lifts at 07:00 – 08:00). After this time, it is counted as a new rental day.

If you notice a defect in the equipment, report it to your project manager as soon as possible or, if possible, take the equipment to the nearest ATRAIS TORŅU SERVISS branch.

All equipment is issued with a full tank of fuel and must be returned as such. If the machine is returned with an empty tank, an additional charge for the fuel actually used will be added to the rental invoice, according to the ATRAIS TORNU SERVISS price list.

The rental is calculated for 6 days per week. Sundays and public holidays are not counted, but all lifts are equipped with equipment that records their opening and closing hours. If the lift is used on a holiday, the standard daily rental rate for the specific equipment will apply.

Private persons:

When renting for the first time, an inventory rental agreement is concluded

The lessee must present a valid identity document

The lease agreement can be signed in person or remotely with a secure electronic signature

A deposit is required for equipment rental, which is returned to the customer’s specified bank account within 3 working days after the equipment is handed over

Legal entities:

A rental cooperation agreement is being prepared. When evaluating the company’s credit history, an appropriate payment term or prepayment is determined

The lease agreement must be signed by a member of the company’s board or an authorized representative.
